⛵️ I have found books to be spaces in which to go on a journey, dip into the experience, figure it out together with a guide whose voice stays with you (that, also, is a type of connection) and come out transformed. Currently with a focus on autism, and ADHD; and on contemporary books merging strategies / general insights and lived experience.

Here are a few personal favourites 🌟 + find a more complete book list down below (and here in this Instagrams-post by @neurodivergent_lou are more suggestions at one glance).

📖 Unmasked — the ultimate guide to ADHD, autism and neurodivergence (Ellie Middleton) — this is basic but very helpful to dive in if it’s one of the first books you read or want a bigger perspective

📖 We’re all neurodiverse (Sonny Jane Wise)
